New Solar Farm Contract Announced

ABR Group NT have secured a new contract with Lendlease Services Pty Ltd to deliver trenching and cable installation works at two new solar farms on Department of Defence sites in the Northern Territory.
The works form part of the Renewable Energy Projects at Robertson Barracks and RAAF Darwin for which Lendlease has been engaged as the EPC Contractor. The project comprises approximately 14MW of solar power across the two sites and will provide up to 40% of Robertson Barracks and RAAF Darwin’s energy requirements.
The works to be delivered by ABR Group NT include approximately 7 kms of trenching and over 29 kms of 11kV cable installation. Work has started on the project and completion is expected in the first quarter of 2020.
This continues to strengthen ABR Group NT’s position in the industry, delivering on a range of renewable and innovative energy solutions.

big projects over the years. He is a true team player and has excellent work ethic.

as part of our team. Tyler is a fourth year electrical apprentice with a fantastic work ethic and attitude,
we are excited to continue to support him to gain his A grade electrical license – thank you Tyler.
