ABR Group NT Pty Ltd was established in February 2001 by local owner and operator Adam Rykers. With over 18 years of continuous service in the Electrical and Communications Industries, ABR Group NT operates in all the traditions of which this company was founded upon, focusing on quality, honesty, reliability and efficiency.
ABR Group NT has continued to grow into an established business, employing a base staff cohort of nine and up to 25 staff members at our busiest of times. The company is continuing to expand in its capabilities, capacity with each passing year.
DIRECTOR Adam Rykers
The driving force behind ABR Group NT’s success is Adam Rykers. Adam has over 20 years’ experience in the Communications and Electrical Industries in the Northern Territory. Adam is involved in all aspects of the business including Business Development, Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Staff Training and Mentoring and even occasionally Labouring. This is just a small portion of the tasks Adam performs on a daily basis. Adam’s vision on running a successful business encompasses having a team of highly qualified staff, along with detailed planning and execution of projects.
ELECTRICAL MANAGER Tarmon Elliott
Tarmon Elliott is the Electrical Manager / Project Manager of ABR GROUP NT and has over 20 years’ experience in domestic, commercial and industrial electrical fields. He has been in a management role for 10 years and strives to ensure adherence to client expectation is achieved. He is very ambitious and takes a lot of pride in his work.
Tarmon likes setting goals and achieving them to a high standard and possesses various certificates and accreditations in the industry.
FINANCIAL OFFICER Leea Rykers
Leea Rykers is the Financial / Human Resources Officer for ABR GROUP NT and has been a part of the team since 2008. Leea has experience in consultancy and business development. She is highly skilled and experienced in finance and business management.
The remainder of the team
at ABR Group NT is made up of Construction Supervisors, Team Leaders, Office Management, Contract Administrators, Electricians, Telecommunication Technicians, Machine Operators, Trade Assistants, Labourers, Trainees and Apprentices.
Together Adam, Leea and Tarmon plan to make ABR Group NT the company that clients want to work with due to the high level of quality, safety, expertise and the attitude that anything can be accomplished.
